Several of our properties have a free service-pack, valued at more than DKR 500 a month.
It is very important to us that all conditions concerning the tenancy are in order. We strictly adhere to the Danish housing laws. Furthermore we constantly invest in our apartments to make them more energy-conserving. Most of our tenants have a low level of energy consumption. In 2005 the average energy-bill was only DKK 200,- a month in an apartment of 60 m2.
Our properties are frequently maintained and serviced by artisans and craftsmen, which means that there seldom are problems for the tenants. This also keeps the relocation costs at a minimum, which is an advantage for everyone.
